An intense blend of tomato, garlic, balsamic vinegar and Italian herbs.
Take 600g chicken, lamb or beef, place in a flat dish & cover with marinade. Marinate for 20 minutes, leave 1 hour for more intense flavour. Then simply barbecue, grill, fry or bake on a low to medium heat until meat is cooked through.
